Kelley Cantrell
Kelley Cantrell is the calm in the storm, the quiet amongst chaos and she is a cheerleader spurring others toward success. It is said, leaders are readers! As a young girl, Kelley’s local librarian ordered new books often because she had read ALL the books in the library. Her ferocious desire for knowledge has placed her in positions of leading, teaching and directing others. Kelley’s greatest joy is seeing other fulfill their purpose.
In her current role as Children’s Pastor, she guides children to the realization of their identity in Christ, so they are equipped to live out God’s plan. Her passion for reading, research and writing has made her an incredible asset in teaching the next generation, and her compassion has made her a welcome embrace to families.
She graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a dual major of Marketing and Advertising. The first part of Kelley’s career gave her opportunities in many different arenas including sales/marketing/advertising for both national and international companies. One of her favorite experiences was being a part of the Olympic Advertising Team for a major brand because it allowed her to do what she loves best – connect people with opportunity! After this experience, she realized she wanted to focus on helping others tap into their God-given potential, so she worked as a corporate trainer and district manager focused on developing materials and programs that enabled people to realize their full potential.)
Most recently, Kelley has invested more than 17 years serving at Cornerstone Church. She served on staff for 11 years and for the past four years she has been serving as one of Cornerstone’s beloved Children’s Pastors.
At Redeem, Kelley works to develop our volunteers and coordinate events. She takes our coffee table conversations and brings a coordinated volunteer effort that allows for the events you see at Redeem.
